Data Deletion

To request deletion of data processed through Dewfy or collected via this website, email us at support@dewweb.in with:

  • Your business name
  • The WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account connected to Dewfy (if applicable)
  • Confirmation of what you’d like deleted

We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

If you close your Dewfy account entirely, we delete your account data from our database within 30 days of closure, except where retention is required by law.

Deleting your data from Dewfy does not delete your WhatsApp Business Account, Meta Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, or Instagram account — those remain under your control and are managed through Meta Business Suite directly.
